2010 Wine Bloggers Conference Was a Blast

The 2010 Wine Bloggers Conference was a blast and I commend the organizers for putting together such an innovative conference for wine bloggers and winemakers to meet.

To create a venue which helps wine bloggers fine tune their skills and at the same time introduce them to great wines from around the world is a winning combination.

On Friday, we poured all the 2009 Mollydooker wines for the first time in the US and we held back the 2009 Velvet Glove until the Saturday Night live red wine blogging event. (see photo on right)

Friday night we poured the 2009 Mollydooker Violinist as part of the live white wine blogging event.

If would like to see what many people have written about the wines you can search Google for the Twitter hash tag #wbc10 combined with Mollydooker. The wines created a buzz at the event with some loving the powerful style that Mollydooker represents and other not sure what to make of the wines.

Overall the exposure and debate over the 2009 Mollydooker wines was excellent because the winery wants to get feedback from the wine community and those who love their style will likely to become Mollydooker Mates!
