I am very excited to be here at the 2010 North American Wine Bloggers Conference in Walla Walla, Washington. I arrived last night after about 9 hours of door to door travel from New Jersey and the area is very peaceful. This is an agricultural area and I am excited to visit some local wineries and also to introduce the 2009 Mollydooker vintage for the first time in the United States

Back in 05, I was reading Wine Enthusiast magazine and read a very small article about Mollydooker and the labels. It got my interest and I started a search for some. I eneded driving to Maryland to a small wine store there that had it and I bought a bottle of the Boxer and Two Left Feet. I got together with a friend who is a wine lover and we tried both wines that night. We both went crazy for these wines! Needless to say I drove back down to Maryland the next day and bought a case of each.

Hello everyone.
I am from Mexico. I live very close to the oldest winery in America (1597), Casa Madero.
For general culture, this winery are knowed by the shiraz wine they produce.
The taste is very caracterisitc.
I am posting the next suggestion to all the Shiraz lovers:

I've been following Sarah and Sparky Marquis for a number of years and their wine making track record is nothing but outstanding. I remember when I first met Sarah, over 8 years ago. She walked into my home escorted by a local wine store owner wearing a crown. Yes, a crown. It was the Bushing Queen award that was given to the top winemakers in their area.
Any person who can wear a crown in New Jersey demanded my attention. That day started my long love affair with Sarah and Spa
