About This Website

Basically we are wine lovers that enjoy the power and style of Australian Shiraz.  Since many people in North America have not visited the winemaking regions of Australia, our goal is to bring the information and passion to them via this website.

Many wine lovers who have visited the Napa Valley or other wine regions of the world have created a special bond with the wines of the region as well as the producers.  We would like to create that virtual bond with our readers and we hope to do that by creating a non-commercial portal for information about Shiraz based wines and wines from Australia.

In the coming months are contributing writers will share their knowledge and experiences with our readers.  The list will include winemakers from Australia to give us 'on the ground" reports.
